This is our business address, not an automatic returns address. Contact support for the correct return destination before posting an item.

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Distinct Avenue online store by consumers in the EU and UK. Please read them with our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy Policies.

Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and review your order before payment. Product pages describe the item, materials, sizes and available options. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not excuse goods that are materially different from their description. Ordering requires legal capacity, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.

Prices and payment

The currency, price, discounts, taxes and charges collected by us are shown before checkout is completed. Payment methods available to you appear at checkout. We will not impose undisclosed mandatory fees after purchase. If a material pricing error or availability problem is identified, we will contact you to resolve it and refund payments if the order cannot be fulfilled; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation

Free standard delivery is offered to the EU and UK, with an estimated delivery time of 7–11 business days from ordering and emailed tracking. Our Shipping Policy explains delays and delivery issues. Requests to stop an order should be sent promptly to support. If a parcel cannot be intercepted, eligible goods can still be returned under our Return & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal does not require a reason.

Returns and faulty goods

You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to send goods back. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage; we cover necessary postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Your applicable legal guarantees and remedies remain available.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its security, or infringement of others’ rights. Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping; other use requires the rights holder’s permission. Third-party services have their own terms where applicable.

Responsibility and disputes

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for performing our contract and for goods meeting applicable legal standards. These terms do not waive mandatory EU or UK consumer protections or require you to pursue disputes only in Hong Kong. You may use the competent courts and remedies available under applicable law. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint.

Changes

Updates apply prospectively. The terms in force when you order govern that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
