Berlynova Limited is responsible for personal information it processes to operate Distinct Avenue. This notice describes store shopping and customer-service processing. Shopify also processes certain data for its own services as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

Information processed

When you browse, order or contact us, information may include your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, order and payment transaction details, correspondence, and technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, shopping activity and cookie preferences. Payment providers process payment credentials; we receive the transaction information needed to manage your order. Providing order and contact details is necessary to fulfil purchases and respond to requests.

Contract: processing orders, payment, delivery, returns and customer service.
